Each Package level is funded at a different amount and is paid by the Australian Government to the service provider that delivers care and services to you. Following the ACAT assessment, you will be given a list of providers to choose from. When you choose Reliable Hands Community Care Services, you know you’re with a highly experienced team. For your peace of mind, our organization is fully insured and accredited.
Home Care Packages (HCPs) provide assistance for people who need support to stay safe and well at home. Sometimes you may find that you cannot manage some things around your home like you used to. Home care packages are one several supports you can access, in conjunction with the help of family and friends and other community resources. You may be eligible for support from the Home Care Services if you are:
- 65 years of age or older and having difficulties managing in your home ( or over 50 if you are an Aboriginal person)
- A younger person with a disability needing help with daily living tasks.
- A carer providing help to an elderly or person with a disability.
Our Community Care workers will work with clients to support their goals, allowing clients to maintain an active and independent lifestyle. Services can include:
