Organisations providing Commonwealth subsidised aged care services are required to comply with the Aged Care Quality Standards (Quality Standards). Organisations will be assessed and must be able to provide evidence of their compliance with and performance against the Quality Standards from 1 July 2019. The Quality Standards focus on outcomes for consumers and reflect the level of care and services the community can expect from orgs that provide Commonwealth subsidised aged care services.

Personal hygiene is fundamental and having to wait for family and friends to come by and help can be both embarrassing and demeaning for the recipient. We take great pride in upholding the dignity of our clients by taking time to win trust, taking time to ensure that they understand exactly what is going on and by paying respect to their desires.
We’re there to help you take your medications at the right time and while we’re there we’ll get a few things done around the house for you. Supporting our carers are a team of registered nurses with decades of combined aged care experience who complete the assessments, write the care plans, oversee the care provided and step in where a registered nurse is required.
